Leigh-Ann Vidal
Meet Our Director
Leigh-Ann holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and has earned both Director’s Credentials and VPK Credentials. She has also completed all forty-five hours of training required by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) for childcare operations. She brings seventeen years of experience in teacher training and four years of management experience.

After School Care/ Wrap Around
Wings of Faith Academy offers before and after school care to accommodate for every parent's schedule. Before care runs from 7:00am - 7:35am. After care runs from 2:25pm - 5:30pm. For only $65 a week, students have time to do homework, play outside, participate in structured activities, and eat an afternoon snack while waiting to be picked up.

What age groups does Wings of Faith Academy serve?
We cater to children from kindergarten through fifth grade, ages 5 to 11.
What are the school's hours of operation?
Regular school hours are from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Our after school program runs from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Can parents visit or volunteer at Wings of Faith Academy
Yes, parents can schedule visits and volunteer for activities, subject to our policy and background checks.
Are meals provided at the school?
No, Parents pack lunch for their children daily. Families are encouraged to provide healthy meals. Candy and soda are not permitted. In order to maintain the nutritional guidelines, we follow, “Smart Snacks”. Smart Snacks in School offers guidelines and recommendations for serving snacks with "whole grain-rich" products, or have as the first ingredient a fruit, vegetable, dairy product, or protein food.
What are the qualifications for out teachers
A detailed interview and screening process, must have a temporary or permanent teaching certificate, must pass a level 2 background check, must have an Associates Degree, and must have a paraprofessial certificate
What measures are in place for childrens safety and security
We ensure secured campus access, constant CCTV monitoring, and comprehensive safety protocols. Every door that leads to children need finger print access to enter. A level 2 background check is required in order to have finger print access.
